These terms cover your use of this website and our free automation audit. The site is run by Automation Results (legal name: [to be confirmed]), called “we” or “us” here.

By using the site or booking an audit, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. If you book an audit for a business, you confirm you’re allowed to share its information with us.

• It’s free. The audit is a 20-minute call and costs nothing.
• There’s no obligation. You don’t have to buy or sign anything, before or after the call.
• You get a written plan. We send it within 48 hours after the call.
• It’s information, not advice. The audit and plan are our view, based on what you tell us in a short call. They aren’t legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and what you do with them is up to you.

The written plan is yours to keep and use inside your business, whether or not you hire us. [to be confirmed]

We may decline or reschedule an audit, for example if we don’t think we can help.

The cost calculator, the example workflows and any other numbers on this site are illustrative. Calculator results are estimates based only on the numbers you enter and the assumptions shown next to them. Examples are labeled as examples and don’t describe real clients.

None of this is a quote, a promise or a guarantee of results. Real results depend on your tools, your data and how your team works. Timelines we describe, such as a first automation going live within 14 days, start once we have access to your tools and depend on timely feedback from you.

A commitment about price, timing or results only applies if it’s written into a signed agreement.

If you hire us after your audit, that work is covered by a separate written agreement with its own scope, price, timeline and terms. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.

Please use the site fairly:

• Don’t try to break, overload or get around the site’s security.
• Don’t use it to send spam, or to collect other people’s details.
• Don’t give false details when you book, or book for someone else without their permission.
• Don’t scrape the site with automated tools or copy it to build a competing service.

We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time.

The text, design, graphics, logo and code of this site belong to us or to the people we license them from. You’re welcome to read, link to and share our pages. Please ask before copying or reusing our content for commercial purposes.

Names and trademarks of other companies on the site, such as the tools we mention, belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn’t mean they endorse us.

Parts of the site rely on other companies, such as Cal.com for booking, and some pages link to other websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we aren’t responsible for their content or how they work.

We provide the site and the free audit “as is”. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free, up to date or online.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of this site, the free audit or your written plan. Decisions you make based on them are your own.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
