What we believe

Four rules we work by.

They shape every project, from the first call to the day your team stops doing the work by hand.

  1. Outcomes over tools

We start from the result you want, like faster replies or fewer re-keyed orders, and agree how it will be measured before anything is built.

Every project has one agreed metric, like time per order.

  2. Plain English, no jargon

You should always know what we’re building and why, in words your whole team understands.

Your written plan is for the people who’ll use it.

  3. Small fixed scope, then expand

We start with one workflow and a fixed scope. When it hits its number, we talk about the next one.

Your first quote covers one workflow, not a package.

  4. Your tools, not new software

We build on the inbox, calendar, CRM or ERP you already use. No migration and no new app for your team to learn.

Your team keeps working the way they do.

How we work

One workflow. Fixed scope. Live in 14 days.

From your first call to go-live: what happens, who does it, and what we need from you.

  1. 1

    Free audit

We map where your team’s hours go and send you a written plan.

  2. 2

    Fixed-scope quote

One workflow, the metric we’ll measure it by, and a clear line between what’s included and what isn’t.

  3. 3

    14 days to live

We build and test it on your existing tools, with your review before it goes live.

  4. 4

    Handover

We walk your team through what it does, what it sends to them, and how to tell it’s working.

Who does what, and when

Four phases, each with a clear owner.

  1. Day 0–2Together

    Access and setup

You share access to the tools involved. We set everything up.

  2. Day 3–7Us

    Build and internal test

We build the workflow and test it ourselves before you see it.

  3. Day 8–10You

    Your review and tweaks

You try it and tell us what to change. We make the tweaks.

  4. Day 11–14Together

    Go live and handover

We switch it on and walk your team through it.

The 14 days start when we have access to your tools.

Start small

The pilot

One workflow and one target, agreed before we build, like a lower time per order or a faster first response.

Included

  • One workflow, on the tools you already use
  • One agreed metric, with a baseline and a target

Not included

  • New software or data migrations
  • More workflows before the first one hits its number

What we need from you

  • Access to the tools the workflow touches
  • Someone to review it on days 8–10

How the pilot is judged

  1. 1

Agree one metric and its target

  2. 2

Build and go live in 14 days

  3. 3

Measure the result against the target

Hits the target

You decide whether to automate the next workflow.

Misses the target

The scope doesn’t expand.

Who we work with

Three kinds of teams, one kind of problem.

In each, skilled people lose hours a week moving information between tools by hand.

  • Distribution & manufacturing

Every emailed PO is typed into the ERP by hand, and mistakes surface at picking or invoicing.

Order entry goes from typing in every emailed PO to reviewing only the exceptions.

    Measured by time per order

  • Content creators

Invoicing, tracking deliverables and chasing payments eat the hours you’d rather spend creating.

Hours of deal admin each week shrink to a 15-minute review.

Measured by admin hours per week

  • Service businesses

New inquiries wait hours for a reply and book with whoever answers first.

Every new inquiry gets a reply in under 5 minutes, not hours.

Measured by first-response time in your CRM

Not one of these? If your team moves the same information between tools by hand, the free audit will tell you whether it’s worth automating.

Who we are

Who’s behind Automation Results.

Why we started

I’m Caden Posey, founder of Automation Results in Dallas. I’ve spent five years in AI and marketing, and the problem I see is almost always the same: good people losing hours to retyping orders, chasing missed calls and rebuilding the same reports every month.

I build systems that take that work off their plate, and I explain every step in plain English. I work with companies across Dallas–Fort Worth, mostly by video call, and I’m glad to come to your office when it helps.

Next step

Start with one workflow.

Tell us where your team’s hours go, and we’ll show you which workflow to automate first and what it’s worth.
